Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days after receiving the product. If 15 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in the original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You need to contact support via email within 15 days.

Please be aware that refund or replacement will be given in the following terms onlyreceived item is damaged or received item is significantly different than described or shown on the site.

The color of the outfit might be a little bit different than shown on the website. Because it can vary due to a different monitor type that kind of issue is not qualified for the refund request.

In case of damaged goods received customer is required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to sunflowercottagehelpdesk@gmail.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement. 

Size Issue

The customer is required to check the size chart on a product page. Please keep in mind that babies and kids grow fast so it's always better to choose a size up. We are not responsible for a proper fit however if the customer received the wrong size we will reship a correct one. In this case, customer needs to provide an evidence that received size was not the ordered one.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form or email address.

Shipping your return

Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label. We do not provide return labels. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
