Shipping Policy

All orders will take approximately 2-7 business days to process BEFORE being shipped.  Followed by 2-4 weeks shipping time for USA and 3-5 weeks for other countries. We will notify you when it has been sent. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches. Most of our orders are delivered within 21 days.

We do not guarantee shipping time frames. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control which can cause 1-3 weeks delay. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase and which are not reshipped for you. 

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. (Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries).

The customer is responsible for tracking the package all the way and check the updates on provided tracking number so if there are any issues they can be resolved on time before the package will be returned to sender.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at sunflowercottagehelpdesk@gmail.com within 3 hours from placing an order. If the order is not delivered because the provided address is wrong or incomplete we will reship it for you once you cover the shipping & handling fee. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. The customer can open a claim via usps.com in this case
